Some parents are hesitant to the virtual setting for various reasons, and we understand. Each teaching environment has benefits and challenges, and we wanted to share our experiences of virtual benefits.
Each student is unique, and we put together a plan to target needs. This is a complete list of executive function challenges that can be included in your student’s curriculum.
Coaches provide a weekly report that outlines the skills and challenges worked on, the successes, new strategies learned, and the week’s action plan. We also provide quarterly assessments to track progress and monitor growth.
Cerebrate is our trademarked executive function curriculum that is used in schools across the country. There are approximately 200 lessons in each grade category that address 64 unique challenges. Each lesson incorporates the best practices of executive function instruction. These are a few sample Cerebrate lessons.

Our coaching team consists of educational professionals with a variety of backgrounds and experience. We use an extensive hiring and onboarding process to ensure we have qualified educators who are able to connect well with our students. We intentionally match each of our students with a coach who we feel most confident will be successful with that particular student.
Our Educational Director communicates regularly throughout the coaching process, providing recommendations on ways for parents to best support their students. Our coaches send weekly coaching reports to keep parents informed on what strategies were taught and how those should be practiced by the student that week. And finally, our leadership team and coaches make themselves available to provide additional assistance if challenges arise. It is our goal to partner with our parents, working together to achieve the best results for our students.
